Website information

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, photographs, distances and practical information accurate. They are provided as a guide and may change. Attraction opening times, travel conditions and third-party services should be checked with their operators.

Prices and availability

“From £300” is an indicative nightly rate. Seasonal pricing and minimum stays apply. Website content is not a live availability calendar or an offer capable of acceptance. Contact Shirley for the exact price and availability for your dates.

Direct booking and payment

For bookings made more than 28 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is required and the balance is due 28 days before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer. A refundable £100 damage deposit applies and is normally returned within two days of departure if no damage has occurred. The correspondence confirming your booking forms part of the agreement.

Cancellation

• No cancellation fee applies more than three months before arrival.
• A 50% fee applies between three months and 28 days before arrival.
• The full booking cost is due for cancellations within 28 days of arrival.

Guests should consider suitable travel insurance for cancellation and disruption risks.

During your stay

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am unless otherwise agreed. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No smoking or vaping is permitted. One well-behaved dog may stay only by prior arrangement and for a small charge. Children must be supervised, particularly around the garden pond. Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the house and for reporting damage promptly.

External bookings and links

A booking made through Airbnb or another platform is governed by the terms agreed on that platform. Links to other websites are supplied for convenience; The Old Coach House does not control their content or services.
