Booking directly is simple
Send your preferred dates, group size and any questions. Shirley will reply with availability and the price for your stay.
How do booking and payment work? +
A 30% deposit is required for bookings made more than 28 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer.
A refundable £100 damage deposit applies and is normally returned within two days of departure if no damage has occurred.
Are children and dogs welcome? +
Children are welcome. There are no stair gates and the garden has a small pond, so children must be supervised. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a small charge.
No smoking or vaping is permitted.
What is the cancellation policy? +
No fee applies more than three months before arrival. A 50% fee applies between three months and 28 days before arrival. The full booking cost is due for cancellations within 28 days.
